Pulls in your Spotify, podcasts, and audiobooks — no likes, no comments, no algorithm deciding what's next. Just search, play, listen.

Two jacks, one walk

A second headphone port built in, plus Bluetooth, so you can hand someone a pair — wired or wireless — and share what you're hearing. No splitter, no phone passed back and forth.

Made to leave the house

Small enough to clip to a bag or jacket. Built for a walk through the city or the woods, with nothing on the screen but what you came to listen to.

Material

Copper, on purpose.

The final housing is solid copper — a material chosen because it doesn't stay the same. It brightens under a cloth, and it dulls and deepens with time and handling. StreaMellow is designed to look better lived-in than it does the day it arrives.

No two units will age identically. That's not a flaw to manage — it's the point.

The build

From the workbench

What you're looking at is an early prototype — the display and interface are real, running in a 3D-printed test enclosure while the copper housing is finalized.

The shape, the fit, and the finish are all still being refined. What won't change is the idea underneath it: a screen that does one thing, in a body worth keeping around.

Our story

We wanted the music back, not the feed

Modern tech has a way of grabbing your attention left or right the second you unlock a screen — even when all you wanted was to hit play. Get the convenience of streaming, and the distraction comes bundled in whether you asked for it or not.

We started StreaMellow to take that trade-off apart. We wanted the close connection to a song and the full attention of the moment it's playing in, without the itch to check what's next. Streaming and offline downloads stay — the feed doesn't.

We're two young engineers who believe products should be built to last and to serve the person using them, not a platform behind them. This one started out of love for city rambles and long walks in the woods, and wanting to actually be in them.
